I'm converting to judaism, and on myspace, I have my religon set as "jewish", so I don't get why this person would request to be added as a friend.

yes, and many of my friends are jews, my paternal grandmother's family name was orignally a jewish one before they assimilated in scottland, and I lost my virginity to a jew. So, yeah, I don't think this person would like me or my history if he knew. I don't get some people.
